Hot-Box-System - it´s our World

For highly complex applications, just as before hot hardening methods cannot be dispensed with. Analogous to the new Cold Box System, Furtenbach has developed a new binder generation, which can be used as Hot Box System as well as Warm Box System. The great benefit of the new system is, in most cases, the omission of the third component (flow or parting agent).

System 4111	Thermophen 4111	HM 20 bis HM 40	For highest demands in all non-ferrous metal applications, especially suitable for fittings. This resin however also offers outstanding properties for special castings in automobile casting
Parting/Flow agent	Furtophob 2
